"Been coming here for 4 years everything good until today was calling all day since the Moreno g no one pics up so I decided to drive to the tire shop I asked for 2 used tires and I asked was the phone was working since I've been calling since the morning the owner tells me we been busy so I'm like ok. Than he says he doesn't have the tires used to I asked for new he makes a few calls and gives me a price and says if I want them it would be for tomorrow I said ok and he asked me for a deposit I gave the other guy 40 dollars and that. I asked what name brand tires am I getting so the owner tells the other guy give him ha money back and says to me go buy tires some were else as if I'm not suppose to know what I'm buying horrible customer service from the owner will never shop here again"

"I strongly would not recommend this location. My mom was complaining about her car vibrating when traveling on the highway. I took it to another tire shop where we discovered that there were 3 different tire sizes on our car. My mom went to get her 2 rear tires changed at this location. But of course seeing that she is a woman they took advantage of her. A shame a lot of Miami businesses are like this. Our tires should be 235. Instead the mechanics installed a 245 and 265 in the rear while the two front were 235. We went in person after the fact to let them know what happened. They didn’t seem to care much and seemed more concerned about the fact that we didn’t bring the car and tires back to them so I guess they can resell them… Anyway find another location. That’s messed up. Pics attached below"

"I brought my SUV to this location and the technician quoted a price of $15 to plug a tire that had a nail in it. $15 for a plug! They are crooks!! Don't trust them."
