"Taken my car there twice for basic maintenance very quick turn around, great service!"

"I been there with my tundra becouse i had a vibration issue due a tires balance. They balanced all the tires and it cost me 125 usd, they asked me to pay in cash and no invoice there. The vibration continues in the car, so i go back with julio to check if everything is ok, they swap the tires front to rear and vice, and the car continues with vibration. I thought one wheel was bad and require repair becouse after two times there, the vibration continues. Then i went to "wheel fix it" (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) to repair the bend wheel and the owner jose told me that the problem is just bad balanced tires. 3 of the 4 tires was super lost in the procedure. So after that, the car is perfect. I called julio a told him about that becouse i literally loosed 120 usd, and he told me i have a credit becouse of that, before one week after that, i been there with a friend car to replace all the tires and the credit he applied was just 25 usd.... so sad... And yes, today i been there and julio told me you guys dont do that work (patch in a critical area). I understand... what i dont understand is why he charge me 17 usd just for said that can not do the work without remove the tire from the wheel. Well, one client less for you guys. Julio, thanks for your attention."
