"Very bad experience. Went in for a wheel alignment because my car was pulling to the left. They serviced my vehicle, but all for my car to pull to the right now since I left. I highly recommend anyone reading this to not get serviced at Firestone, or at least the location on 49th St!"

"If I could give them NO stars, I would. I went to Firestone for new tires and they stated I needed a new axle. After Mazda inspected the vehicle during an oil change a few months later, I learned this Firestone installed the incorrect axle in my vehicle. I then brought it back for them *since it was under warranty* to order and install the correct one. They installed it incorrectly again but this time worst. The axle was the incorrect fit, they messed up the seal, left my panel hanging and placed the wrong transmission fluid in my vehicle and upon leaving I realized they messed up my tires sensor also. After leaving Mazda paying for full inspection again and returning to them to let them know their mistakes along with photos, they only wanted to refund the axle not pay for the extra mistakes they made to my vehicle. I reached out to corporate and opened a case and they gave me the run around for months not responding to email, calls and certified mail and also making up excuses saying that since I got my car fixed I couldn’t get it inspected. Which I didn’t, I was waiting for them to come look at it and pay for their mistakes but they decided to make that up so they could deny my case. I recently had to pay over 2k out of pocket to correct their mistakes. Do NOT go to firestone they WILL mess up your vehicle and not own up or pay for their mistakes."
