"A horrible customer service the person that helped me was Jackeline the store manager, I was trying to pay for some tire cleaner and a wax, when I was paying the merchant ask for pin I said I want to use credit she said is not working, then I tried the chase freedom credit card and still was asking to put pin, I said I do not have to add a pin because that is a CREDIT CARD and then she said that there is nothing that I can do that was the manager imagine the regular employees or if that is the leader they have? I left went to advance next door and pay in less than 2 min. Will never go again."
"I’ve been coming to this Autozone since i first got my car! The lady (who i assume is the manager, almost red curly hair) was so helpful! I’m a young girl and am always a little intimidated when it comes to car things since it’s such a male dominated space, but i walked in today and i felt to welcomed! She gave me all the information i needed and then some, i love coming back here! 10/10 would recommend!"
