Joe's Tires

"I went to Joes tires previously when getting a new rim and tire installed, because it was much closer to where I live than any other tire repair shop. I called before coming in to make sure I could get the tire fixed and spoke with the owner, explained the year make and model and that I had come in the past. The owner told me to come in and explained he wasn’t there but his guys would take. of me. I pull up at the shop the workers demand to be paid before doing any work which I’ve never heard of before at a used tire shop, then they refuse service if I don’t, I told them I spoke to the owner, they called me. Liar. I called the owner again, and he says he doesn’t know why they’re treated me like that, and says he will call them. He calls one of the employees , the employee comes back says the owner told him know, which I think was a lie. The employee was a tall slender Caribbean man, I am black and was pretty sure that he was gaslighting me because I am slender frame and don’t peak with a more urban dialect, so he was really taking advantage of someone, a real cliche bully that takes pleasure in someone else’s agony. He told me to wait until the owner arrived I was 10 minutes short of being late for work with no resolution so I had to leave. He also had taken the flattened tire off, started working on it, which officially popped the tire, then he put it back on having destroyed the tire, and told me to drive away on it, which is what I did."
