"Made appointment for 1130 am. I was told an hour max. It’s now 2:05 and car is still not ready."

"Don’t come to this Costco center. Twice now. Had an appointment today at 1 to rotate tires and remove a nail. It’s now 2:30 and the vehicle has not moved. Went and asked and now they say they are backed up and it will be another hour at least. Not sure why I made an appointment because the walk in just before me was quoted 1.75 hours to finish their job. No respect for peoples time."

"Ordered one tire online through Costco. Got confirmation it was delivered to Costco warehouse. Made appointment online, for a week afterwards for install. After 3 hours of waiting, they came to me to say they 'can't find my order', and only offered to have me pay $200 more for a higher end tire. I had to them wait another hour for refund. 4 hours of my day wasted."

"I had 2 balding front tires when I chose to buy a tire brand that has suited my needs. I was asked if I wanted the front tires replaced to which I answered yes to. I come back to find one front and one rear tire replaced. Worst of all, the new tires were not installed on the drive axle. They could have called and let me know of this but chose not to. I was denied my old tires back when requested. This is not the Costco tire center service I'm used to. Be prepared to buy 4 new tires here."

"The best place for tires when you consider the tire and hazard warranty. Limited brands so may not be for everyone. In addition they balance and rotate for free every 7k miles. I am a Costco shopper so this all works right into a shopping visit most times."
