"These guys do good work- however they stop responding once they’ve met your initial requirements and you’ve paid your invoice. They asked me for a review, and I said sure, with the full intention of writing one when I was sure my business had been concluded. Either because I have not yet submitted a review (because I knew I may have had additional questions, comments or concerns about my patent) or because they have extremely strong email filters that somehow also work on phone calls and messages, I have fallen to the wayside. This turns what could’ve easily been a 5 star review into 3. The writing was great, technical, and comprehensive; patent was filed timely. Don’t expect to become a “valued” client, however."
