"I chose this law practice because my first experience with Mr. Catanzaro's partner, Mr. Shearin, was good. It resulted in a positive outcome in court. This second time around was completely different. I was lead to believe that Mr. Catanzaro was working with Mr. Shearin, by both attorneys. This was not the case. Mr. Shearin had moved out of the area. Mr. Catanzaro had very limited experience in family law and was not suited for this area of practice. Unfortunately, I found this out too late. I would not recommend his services: 1) Mr. Catanzaro's office changed information in a document, attached my notarized signature page from the original document and submitted incorrect information to the court, 2) Mr. Catanzaro was ill prepared, nervous, shaking & stammered in court, 3) Mr. Catanzaro decided on one single focus for my case, convinced he was right and and refused to present any other options 4) Mr. Catanzaro failed to follow our agreed upon plan at my hearing, he didn't put me on the stand to testify, was I'll prepared to cross examined the oposing party and it resulted in insufficient facts needed for overturning the Magistrate's ruling in an appeal to the judge, 5) Mr. Catamzaro took the Magistrate's initial ruling personally, responded in attack mode, professionally offended and angered the Magistrate, 6) Mr. Catanzaro turned my case into his personal, back and forth, written war with the Magistrate, resulting in a negative outcome for me, 7) Mr. Catanzaro shared my confidential information, on the phone, with an unknown paralegal in another attorney's office after we parted ways. Mr. Catanzaro is not suited or effective in family court. I believe Mr. Catanzaro would be great in an area of law where the content is more "black and white" and does not involve family law."
