Squeeze

"I heard the founder of Squeeze on an interview podcast and it sounded like a great service. I completed a request for an auto insurance quote on the website. The webpage said that the request was received and an agent would be contacting me. I didn't receive any communication, not even an email confirmation, phone call or text message. Followed up 7 days later with a text and got no response. Followed up a second time with a phone call and the agent I spoke with sounded apathetic the entire time and said unfortunately they have no carriers in my area. I understand and am fine with that but I was just curious why I never received any communication. She looked at their records and said she had a phone call and voice message recorded at 9:44pm yesterday (which is after hours). I never received any call or voicemail from Squeeze. It turns out that that was the time I had sent the text message. Not sure how my reaching out to them was interpreted as them reaching out to me, when it was actually the opposite. I guess their company and CEO knows how to market themselves but in my experience they don't deliver the exceptional customer service that they claim. A courtesy phone call, email or text message would have been perfectly acceptable, just to let me know that there were no carriers available. Instead, it was silence on their end which I simply don't understand from a customer service perspective."
