"20 stars for Leslie. First of all my credit was frozen she had all the patience in the world. I had to go back home to get some paper work for the unfreeze. After a few hours and a cry I find it. She was able to help me unfreeze my credit she went out of her way to help me create an account with Experian showed me how to lock and unlock my credit. Spoke to me in small words in which I understood the whole process, like if I was working with one of my daughters. I was valued and not may places treat you this way. I will come back to Leslie as many times as I have to."
