"Beware of this place if you're looking for tire wholesale options. My attempt to open an account was met with blatant disrespect. The call was deliberately disconnected, and when I called back, the representative arrogantly told me to 'do my own research' before hanging up again. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I urge others to consider this experience as a serious red flag when deciding whether to engage with Jumbo tires. Such behavior should not be tolerated."

"Ordered 550 used grade A tires from this company, Jumbo Tires located in Florida. Spoke with them several times before ordering making them aware that we were in the process of opening a new & used tire shop and we needed all various sizes ranging from 14inch tires to 19 inch tires. Received our delivery and was VERY DISAPPOINTED! Out of the 550 tires we ordered this company sent us 235 of the SAME TIRE! We immediately called and explained our problem and stated that when we ordered we were told we would receive a "variety of mixed sizes" we were not told that half of our load would be of the SAME TIRE! That is not a variety! Needless to say they gave us the run around and we were told that they would talk to their boss and have never heard back. We will never do business with this company again! Please take caution people!"

"If I could give them 0 stars i would.. this is the 1st time buying from them and for sure will be the last!! I bought 400 tires and more than half are bold, separated and dryrotted!!! Weve been on the tire business for a long time and this is the worst buy ever! No wonder they want the money upfront and with no warranty!!"
