"First of all the service was so fast it was amazing. I was passing through the state on my way to Virginia and needed 4 new tires. They found the best deal, ordered the same day and by 10am the next morning I have 4 new tires. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Jenny was just the best and so helpful."

"Carlito’s Tires is a small shop off of East Colonial Drive in Orlando, but let me tell you they don’t disappoint! I came into the shop with a screw in my tire, the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they were able to take me right away. They have plenty of area in the office to sit and wait, water in the lobby, and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. Pep Boys recommended me to come to this place, and I’m really happy I decided to come in. They have plenty of space to park in the back, and as a female with little car knowledge, they made me feel safe and secure. I’m very happy with my experience, the staff, service, and location. Support smaller businesses and check these guys out, they go quick and you won’t be disappointed with the prices as well. "We went to this place on October 18, 2023 to get my tire change and a week ago my car was still having the same issues so I took it to my mechanic once again and he noticed one the broken wheel stud in the only tire they were supposed to fix. Unfortunately, we were not able to visit them until today since life is pretty busy for us and due to the good reviews we believe they were full of honesty and professionalism but that couldn’t be more further from the truth. Once my husband got there they said they didn’t have a way to prove it was one of their workers so we told them to check their cameras. The lady upfront said she couldn’t really do it since they didn’t know the exact day our tire was changed so my husband gave them the receipt. Even after that they just denied looking at the cameras and wanted to charge us $100 for a singular piece that cost $5-$10 and 30 min of work or less. I am not sure if it because we are young or they just lack morality but I wouldn’t trust this place at all."

"Went here on October 2nd for balancing, due to a vibration on my 2019 BMW M2C at highway speeds. No issue here. During the service, one of the technicians pointed out that my driver's side front tire needed replacing due to a bulge on the sidewall. The rest of the tires still have good tread so I opted to replace just that one tire. Ordered new tire October 3rd from Tire Rack and replaced it today October 4th. Just checked the car and they replaced the passenger tire, with the new tire that was supposed to go on my driver's side. Unbelievable. They even marked the tire that was supposed to be replaced and I had reiterated at the front desk that the driver's side /LEFT front tire needed to be replaced. To add insult to injury, whoever installed my tires also managed to scratch the front passenger side wheel. You can see this in the photos. First time having an issue with this place and I'm disappointed considering this is the only shop I know of that allows walk-ins and one that is friendly for lowered/modded cars."
