"Well, I bought four truck tires ($264 each) and schedule a Mobile Installation for a Monday. On that day, they called and asked to reschedule to Thursday and offered me a 20% off. Ok, no problem. On Thursday, the technician came and said that he wouldn't be able to perform the service because my car is lifted. I want to state that I fully understand that it is not the technicians fault. Well, my car is only 2" taller than a regular 2012 Silverado 1500, and here in the USA he have a LOT of trucks lifted beyond that. Even stock 2500 and 3500 are TALL. He said that he could change only the rear tires, but then he said he won't be allowed to do that because the new tires are 275/55 and the used ones are 275/60, company policies whatever.... Oh man.... So I bought that home installation service because we are moving to Canada next week and didn't had the time to go to a store and change the tires, and they left me with 4 tires in my garage, didn't offered any solution and by the way I lost the 20% discount. I stated by email (and later ignored) and I want to say here too, that anytime during the scheduling process they asked me if the car is lifted. 2 stars because the technician was very polite. UPDATE: Tire Rack contacted me to make things right and offered me a refund for my other store installation. He kindly increased it from 20 to 50%. I would just liked that they have told me before that the installation wouldn't be possible in my car. I will sure consider Tire Rack again in a future time. 4 stars now."
