"Shops in Orlando and Tampa are terrible. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, overpriced and you get lied to. They come to your facilities and beg for work, when you voice your opinions about issues you've had in the past, they send the managers out to kiss your rear and still don't do what they say they are going to do. When you give in and give work to them, they do a lousy job. Very inefficient. When you call them out on anything they tell you 100 different reasons why things aren't going well, blame old mangers but then nothing changes and then when you call them out again on how bad they are, "oh sorry we can no longer do business together". Terrible company to work with. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Even your mom and pop company down the street is better than the service facilities in Orlando and Tampa and the service they provide."

"I sued this location because it was so dishonest -- and then gave them another chance after the manager offered to make amends, and they failed again. This location took a few of my casings for retreading and didn't return them or notify that they were retreaded. It installed a poor-quality repaired tire that formed a sidewall bubble very soon afterward (thanks to their bad repair) and refused to refund the purchase price. It took another tire for retreading from yet another driver and failed to get it retreaded and returned to us too. After I sued the location for trying to cheat me out of around $800, the manager had a check sent to settle the suit and invited me back for a free mount and dismount. A few months ago I called to take him up on that. I advised Carmen of that and which tires I was interested in and Carmen claimed she'd return my call and never did. This is zero-star service. I will certainly never be back, and I have directed ALL of my tire business in Florida to Conlan tire, which sells Continentals. We've been perfectly well taken care of and are happy with the service. Snider is not to be trusted, respected, or given any business. They don't respect you. Don't respect them."
