"The crew at this shop deserve an award! Needed an oil change yesterday morning but all of the shops in the area seemed to be busy until the late afternoon, then I saw there was a Mavis so I called to see their availability, the man on the phone was extremely inviting and told me they could take the car in right away, I went straight there and A.I met me at the desk, he was extremely professional and friendly! He got me check all in and when I told him I’d like to wait for the car he said absolutely! make yourself comfortable, while i waited for the car A.I and myself had a fantastic conversation and he told and showed me some great food spots as well as some really cool activities that happen in Jacksonville beach, my car was in and out in less then 45 minutes, on a side note every other shop I’ve brought my car to always leaves some sort of damage like scratches but this was the first shop that my car looked the same coming out as it did going in, I drive a manual transmission and the tech that drove my car was super gentle with it which i extremely appreciate, I saw 5 or 6 other people come in and the amazing customer service did not change, in fact there was one man who came in needing work that they couldn’t do at this shop and instead of trying to get money out of this man they immediately said we’re sorry but we can’t do that type of work here however there’s a shop down the street that we trust and recommend you go to for that. That to me shows true integrity and a true commitment to the best customer service possible for their customers, needless to say I highly recommend this shop and will have mine and my family’s future work down here done, thank you for the amazing experience!"
