"How long does it take to install 2 tires? If you're these guys, it takes you 3 hours. Granted 2 hours of those will be in line, because despite your scheduled appointment, they're not capable to manage their schedule anyway. If enjoyed those 3 hours, fear not - this is not the last time you'll be there. After 2 weeks the tires go flat due to improper inflation pressure and a gallon of lubricant pumped in them. Once you've made it on your own for a warranty repair, they will obviously accommodate you: this time it will take you 3 hours in line, which culminates in the mechanic responsible for 7 hours of your life wasted, takes a lunch break, and no other mechanic is capable to replace it. At least you'll get to try all flavors of chips in their waiting room if you're so lucky that they didn't forget to re-stock them again."

"Made an appointment at 11AM and they waited an hour to bring my car into the garage before telling me that they didn’t have the machinery to lift up my car and it would be another hour - hour and a half. I left and went down the street to Pro Oil and was helped in less than 5 minutes. Save your time. I would not recommend. EDITED TO ADD: They called me 30 minutes after I left because they thought they forgot to put the oil cap back on. What kind of amateur business are you guys running?"
