"Excellent, transparent, helpful, and informative staff who told me it would take an hour before we could get serviced and it took 45 mins. They assessed the damage done to the tire and gave us options for fixing it, swapping it with our spare, or getting a new one. After looking at the damage deeper they told us they couldn't patch it but explained how they normally could however because we had driven on the flat for too long it was too damaged. Although they did offer to repair it but it would cost about as much as a new tire which they also had in stock. It only took about 10 mins and 10 dollars for them to then complete the tire swap for our spare."
