"We are talking about USED appliances here and that can be tricky. I've purchased here before and always gotten what I expected. Overall my appliances have lasted long enough that I feel I've gotten my monies worth and then some in most cases. I can't predict the future and neither can these guys. My delivery drivers today were polite and fast with delivery & installation. If I need a new USED appliance I'll check here first."

Instead of just fixing the one I got ,wanted more $ to swap it out,response to owner. 1) it wasn’t a slight vibration on start, it was a constant clank 2) it’s to tall for a night stand 3) the efficiency apartment has a full closet, full bath, full kitchen w/ top& bottom cabinets , countertops & refrigerator that’s been their for 20+ yr. 4) why would I pay moor $ for another piece of junk"

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I am in the rental business and this is the worst place I have ever dealt with. First of all the owner is an incredible rude person that will make you feel like it’s your fault that his appliances don’t work. Second of all if he does come out to fix them , they don’t actually fix them. It took them one month to fix a fridge and they still didn’t . After all of this I had to go buy a different fridge. So honestly I could have saved myself some time, money and headache and went to a better place to start with. I am absolutely surprised that Mike is still in business. Please go buy somewhere else, don’t repeat our mistakes"

"They will scam you. I purchased washer/dryer to be delivered/installed by them and it leaked water all over after first use. Supposedly they tested it beforehand and it worked great... clearly not the case.They brought in another one to replace and the washer failed a couple of months in as it would not drain the water from the drum. Do not buy from them unless you like wasting money. The original washer was installed by the employees & when it leaked from the front of the machine and not the back, I did call. At first they tried to blame the drainage and the installation (again, they installed) but it did not leak from the drain which was in the back. The employees came out a second time and I turned the washer on to show them and it leaked from the front again before their eyes. They agreed the machine was faulty and took it away. Replacement did not last but but only 3 months. The water does not fully drain from the drum. No, it is not a customer's fault, its the fault of a this business that sells bad products."
