"Made appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated. I was late. Tom, the store manager, is very friendly and wrote up the order giving me credit for the online coupon I found on the website. My car was serviced quickly. Tom provided advice as my car is now over 18 years old and has 80,000 miles. The car has high mileage (synthetic blend) oil to keep its engine happy. It is now my choice whether I get a new set of tires or sell the car before next year. Thanks."

"Purchased a set of four new tires with installation from the Tire Kingdom at 6440 East Commercial Blvd in Tamarac, FL. The store manager Jeff took a genuine interest in earning my business. He was likeable, trustworthy, fair and communicated well. Nick the service manager was top notch. He was very helpful and accomodating. My mechanic, Nick was outstanding. Worked quickly and efficiently and answered all of my questions. Overall an exceptional experience. The guys work well together making for an enjoyable customer experience. Most deserving of recognition for the customer experience and satisfaction provided. I recommend going there without any hesitation. Will happily refer business."

"Jeff answered my call on a Sunday I went to my car and had a flat and found a screw in my tire. Filled it with air and drove to Tire Kingdom Jeff was professional and super nice. "Will never come back to this location none of the people there seem to know what they’re doing. Went to get 4 new tires installed that I ordered myself, I originally was gonna go to the tire kingdom in Lauderdale lakes but they alignment machine wasn’t working so they sent me to the one in Tamarac on commercial Blvd. for 1 the price I was given after calling 2 tires kingdoms and showing up to 1 prior to this one wasn’t the price these people gave me. Every other tire kingdom told me to install tires it would be $24.99 each and that everything is included in that price and that an alignment would be $99.99. These people charged me and additional $10 for each tire which came out to $34.99 which wasn’t what the other places said. They gave me a wait time of 2 hours for simply installing and aligning tires which ended up being 3 hour wait which was terrible because I was with my 2 year old daughter who’s diaper was about to burst and they were just taking their sweet time. They did not seal my tires correctly as soon as I got him my tire went flat. I put air late in the afternoon and by night time the rear driver tire was half way flat again, by the morning it was completely flat. I had to take it to Firestone for them to check out the tire and they didn’t find and punctures, nails or anything the tire wasn’t sealed correctly and wasn’t sitting correctly on the rim. They corrected tire kingdoms mistake at no charge to me. Next day my front driver side tire is also going flat which most likely means another tire that wasn’t placed and sealed correctly. This is unacceptable for a tire place to mess up this bad and to potentially cause damage to a persons vehicle and even cause a wreck from a tire being blown out."
