"I’ve been here several times over the years and always had good service. I dropped my Car off for an oil change today. The guy at the front counter asked if I wanted them to look at anything else. I asked if they could fill my tires with air as well. He said yes they always do that with oil changes. I go to pick my car up a couple hours later and the guy who hands me the keys says “Your tire air pressure light is on but it will go away when you start driving.” I get in the car and it’s apparent none of my tires were filled because they are all showing that they need air. I go back inside and bring the issue up and am told I need to drive my vehicle a little for the sensors to catch up. My car isn’t like that. As soon as air is put into the tires it is immediately reflected on the dash. Eventually a different guy than the one who did my oil change fills all my tires and they immediately reflect on the dash to be at the right air amount. The guy who did my oil change and gave me the keys lied about putting air in my tires and then tried to get me to leave and drive around for no reason knowing damn well he never put any air in. UPDATE: The following day I was contacted by the business stating their equipment had been faulty and the technician did not realize. They assured me the tire gauge had been replaced and this issue would not occur again."

"Always honest and trustworthy, being in the automotive service industry years ago, I know how vicious some of these places can be with dishonest service to meet daily sales. I don't get that from Ocellos. They set real expectations and don't push you to do anything, their prices are reasonable and I've never had any issues with my car or my lady's car. We usually get oil changes since it's nearby and we also had ABS sensor replaced. They have my trust and business"

Replaced my battery under warranty with an appropriate one for my Tiguan. Much appreciative of the service from the gents that worked there.
