"I recently took my van in for my 6 month tire rotation, as I have every 6 months since I bought my tires 2 years ago. To my unhappy surprise, I was told my newer, low mile tires were not able to be rotated, as they were too worn. (I rarely drive outside of the Cape...I am a soccer mom that drops off & picks up from school.) Rudy was AMAZING! He pulled all my information, inspected my van and tires, and put me in contact with Matt the manager. After reviewing everything carefully, Matt and Rudy were able to apply our tire warranty, order and install new tires (all within a week). We drove away yesterday as the rain came down, safe again for my family, at just a fraction of the cost! Thank you Cape Coral Tire Team for taking good care of your valued customers! "Very disappointed and frustrated. I called ahead of time and spoke to Matthew about a big metal piece in my tire and if they can replace it today. We spoke about the different options they had for tires and if i wanted to stay for about two hours i can get done, i then told him i can leave it there all day and he said great. Come in and ask for him. I drive across town with a baby and a tire losing air and called someone to pick me up just to get told by someone else there “no they can’t do it”"

"Looking good. Headlight renewal. Let's see how long it will stay looking good. 5 years guarantee they promise. I tried it myself about half a year ago. It lasted for about 6 month and cost me about $20. Now I paid about $40 at Sam's Club. Less work and hopefully lasting much longer than what I did by myself."

"So I get to my scheduled 3:00 appointment only to be told someone cancelled it without telling me in favor of someone else. Not too mad. Told it would be 45 minutes. After watching them take someone through the window that just drove up before me. I decided to ask for an ETA. So apparently I was skipped again for whatever reason. And my car wasn’t even started yet. Unfrigginbelievable! The guy at the front had no idea what was going on because he was lollygagging with people for over half an hour while I was waiting. Despicable attempt at service. I will be complaining to the store manager about this terrible experience. Save money at Sam’s Club. Never again. Get to checkout and they tell me they were actually done, but not communicated to the desk. So someone went and did them again. So tires ended up back where they originally were. So at least they refunded me so I didn’t pay for a tire rotation service that I didn’t get. Front desk said I don’t know what happened. That’s a great explanation for a customer waiting over 2 hours for a tire rotation. I’m considering dropping my membership for ruining my afternoon. Complete waste of time."
