BT Tires New & Used tires

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! Defective tires!!! I am from out of town and I Purchased a tire from here and a day later I’m getting an alert that my tire pressure was low. I had to go to a tires Plus location because BT tires was closed for the day. Tires Plus informed me that the tire I was sold had a terrible plug job and was leaking. I contacted BT hoping to be compensated at least for the repairs I paid for on their defective good but I was met with unreasonable requests. The guy on the phone told me that in order to receive a refund I would need to ship the tire back. The price to ship something that size would be almost the cost of the tire and plus I had already paid for the repair. I will be disputing with my bank."

"Tire blew out on way home. Luckily I have 'run flat' tires. I was able to make it home and drive to BT Tires. They sell used and new tires. I already had new tires and just needed them installed. It cost me $60 for install of 2 new front tires, but they were 295/30/20 - 30 means REALLY small sidewall and 20 is for 20" rim, so they were a pain to install and that's why price was high. They did great work! Total 15 mins in and out."

"Scratched all 4 rims (1500 rims) and after 200 install cost didn't replace the valve stem.. If you can't do the job with out damage let the customer know.. I would have went somewhere else. The price is about the same as everywhere else in town.."
