"This is a very professional operation. They are knowledgeable and immediately gave me great suggestions right off the top. They answered all of my questions and I am very happy with the price and level of service I received. I would like to add that when I had an issue with a lug nut (an issue that I created) when replacing a brake caliper, they resolved it quickly and proferssionally. I have no problem recommending them to everyone who asks where I bought my amazing rims and tires from."
"The warranty pitch is nothing but a scam. I spent $1200 on tires in October 2019 and was told by the manager, Jose, that I have a 1 year warranty that covers road hazards. Did 90 days same as cash and paid them in full within 60 days. Within 3-4 months I got a flat from pothole caused sidewall damage, so obviously I called to use the warranty. Then the sales person called me a liar and said I didn't purchase one. Truth is they didn't mark on my account. Oh, but he was quick to say I can come down and buy a new tire (fool me once). He actually said that I probably changed my mind about the warranty at the last minute. What? I could see I was getting no where so I told the salesman to have the manager Jose call me. 3 days later and I never got a phone call. Looks like I will be buying a new tire, but definitely not from them. Just another company that takes advantage of the customer's trust. It's unfortunate things turned out how they did because I looked forward to using them as my source for all of my tire and wheel needs. (edited) The tires I paid $253 for are only $108 at Walmart. Exact size, brand, and model. Less than 1/2 the price. In hindsight, I wish I would have researched more before being ripped off."
