"Previously, I had two axles fixed by Tire Kingdom. It was not adequately fixed, so I had to go back in. I met Mr. John, the new manager (Mavis now owns them). Out of all the shops I’ve ever been to, he has to be one of the best managers I’ve ever met. He is so polite and knowledgeable. And understood my concerns while graciously accommodating and checking in with me as my car was being repaired. He is such a fantastic person! And the guy at the counter is terrific as well. They really managed to make a negative situation into a positive and pleasant experience. I cannot thank Mr. John enough for all of his help.
