"I use to love this place when I first bought my tires and rims in 2020. Back when there was a complete different crew running this specific location. The old crew was friendly and helpful and they worked with you. Since they hired the new faces it hasn’t been the same. They are rude and it seems every time I interact with them they have some sort of hostile attitude. The technician doesn’t care to do his job and takes his frustration out on others and I’m starting to notice it’s rubbing off on the other employees really bad. After I make my last payment I will no longer be dealing with this specific location. Their customer service and attitude is disgusting. Save your time and go elsewhere because they need better management and customer service skills. I could go on more in detail about my experience but I’ll just cut it short here."
