"Replaced my tires didn't think it was necessary to tell me the valve stem was leaking. Tire went flat continuously over the weekend and during a 200 mile trip with a trailer. Just for them to charge me another $16 to replace the valve stem. Thanks for the weekend flats and lack of communication with customers when see something broke."
