"If I could give more stars I genuinely would, let’s start from the beginning. I went to tires plus because I would hear a terrible grinding sound every once in a while and became concerned. They advised me to change my brakes and rotors and would charge me $380 dollars. I was fuming because I know my brakes were practically new and that price was ridiculous. I then stopped into Action Gator Tire and was greeted by Mike Grise. He didn’t hesitate to walk outside and lay under my car and check out my brakes for me. He noticed a bolt was missing from the caliper and immediately took it upon himself to repair the brake for me at little cost. My brake has been perfect for months now and I can not thank Mike and his team enough. I will be back! Thanks again!"
