"I have had numerous repairs to both my cars at Good Year from new tires to new brakes to AC work. In every case I have felt that they did a quality job for a reasonable price. They are friendly and helpful. Last week I had a unique problem with the handicap ramp on my van. Both ramp support springs broke. I located the springs online but did not have the tools nor the strength to mount the springs. I called beforehand and took the van & springs to their shop. I was greeted and assisted at the door since I was pushing a wheelchair. I handed over my key and the springs and they managed to find a way to get them mounted on the van and I was good to go. No charge. They are good people that I trust with my vehicles!"
