"SCAMMERS that’s what they are, I went with a flat tire and this people told me that it could not be repaired, for a new one I didn’t have to pay for the tire because it still has warranty but installation and service fee $64 WHAT A LIE!! They are always trying to scam whoever they can but specially WOMEN AND OLD PEOPLE. so I just had them install the spare tire and took my car to Discount Tire, they were able to fix it install it and balance everything for FREE."

"I’m just here to make sure everyone knows how rude and costly your employees are…I called(after being in a family that been using them loyally for a long time) to ask about a patch…they told me it was $32 for a patch. I asked about my loyalty, and the fool on the phone had the nerve to then tell me they don’t have time to do a patch. "I went to change my 4 tires on my 2021 truck on February. They damaged my 4 wheels ( scratches all around). I went back 3 times and supervisor then store manager took pictures for regional manager. Never heard back anything. Not serious or professional!!!"

"I made an appointment online for 8:00 a.m. for a simple tire rotation, alignment, and to check the transmission fluid levels. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. and ask a time frame and he said it would just take a few hours. I did not get a call back until almost 2:00 p.m. . They also did not check the transmission levels even though I put it on the PO and told the service worker at time of drop off. I told them that it was not a dipstick check but it was one of the maintenance-free ones. When I picked up the vehicle he explained that they weren't allowed to check that after a third time of telling them what type of transmission casing it was. When I walked out to the truck I found a service worker beaversely trying to look under the hood for a transmission dipstick and for a fourth time I had to explain it to him that he would not find one. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed that mud was caked and the wheel wells as if they were spinning the tires through the puddle that was left over from the rainstorm. After the alignment and tire rotation now instead of pulling to the right my truck slightly pulls to the left and they told me that there was some cupping on the tire which is why it's doing that. I was also not given my pre and post alignment readings as stated on their website to confirm maintenance was completed. So of course it makes you wonder if that's the case or if I just paid $150 for nothing, Needless to say I will never return."
