"If I could give their service department no stars I would. They replaced my engine in 2022. Just recently my a/c went out. It was because my system was over charged. But some how this is my fault when this dealership is the last one who touched my a/c. Service manager is rude and talks down to people. He also talks around the subject to throw you off. Since they replaced the engine I’ve had nothing but problems. My headlights go out all of the time and my front end hasn’t been right since. When i originally picked up my car you could do a right turn by just taking your hands off the steering wheel. Will never do any business with this dealership again."

"We purchased a bronze tag truck from Mullinax and within the 300-mile/5-day warranty period the A/C went out. we called them up and right away they scheduled us an appointment to have it serviced. While in the shop they also fixed the passenger door that was difficult to open. Awesome service. Took almost a month to get in in the shop and 2 days for repairs in which they provided a loaner truck while we waited. We now have a fully functional door and ice-cold A/C for these fast-approaching Florida hot summer months. The only complaint I have is that I wish there was a longer warranty period for the bronze tag. Love the truck we got and would definitely be a returning customer for my future car purchases."
