"I was recommended by a friend to this law firm and we both regret it! They are quick to take your money and not perform. From the start I had a bad feeling as I had them set up my small business, I wanted to do things the right way, so I felt using a attorney would help start me off on the right foot, well when I needed advice and help buying out a partner they strung me along and ran up a crazy bill, meaning they kept on billing me for things that they did not perform on, I paid thousands in retainer and paid multiple large payments over thousands of dollars to them. I was taken advantage of. I will be strait up with anyone reading this that John W. Waechter And Veronica Hickey are two completely incompetent lawyers! They could have helped me but instead they took advantage of me. We ended up having to use another lawyer to finish the buy out. Then the real problem started. They held my paperwork up on purpose awaiting more money. Eventually we had to use and pay another more competent attorney to finish the job. I kept telling them that they are stalling my paperwork to run up the bill. They would call me and ask the same questions, would basically waste my time and still get nothing done, then before I could even get my business started they hit me with a lawsuit for the balance of the work they didn’t even complete. So basically they ripped me off for thousand and thousands of dollars. I never have been so disappointed and disrespected by a business transaction and I would never use these attorneys for anything especially advice, if you are reading this run away before they do the same to you. Also they have a system and reputation for putting attorneys like Pedro J Jimenez Lopez to sue you in small claims court when they know you can’t fight them, they lie to the courts and then harass you to get payments like a glorified bill collecting firm. Englander Fischer Is the worst law firm in Central Florida. If they will rip a Veteran like me off and a try to ruin a small business owner just getting started completely off they definitely are not the firm to use for you! Beware of Englander Fischer they are a awful group of attorneys! If I could leave zero start I would. We also plan to file a complaint with the Florida Bar against Englander Fischer!"
