"Terrible service! Rude workers! I'm 7 months pregnant I had my truck towed here they told me they couldn't move my truck into the bay without ruining my rim so they wanted me to pay $1000 for tires but then also have to replace my rim! They shouldn't have a tire center if they can't put a spare on or get a vehicle into there bay from 5 feet away!"

"For being the only car and needing one tire this is the slowest and longest wait. Walmart didn't have my tire but even 3 cars deep they are faster than Sam's Club crew. While waiting so long the Man working the front took off the installation fee. Still have to wait about a hr+. Can't say I'd come back after such super slow service."

"We purchased four new tires for our ‘08 GMC and had them put on while we shopped. A month or two later, we suffered a puncture that could not be fixed, so we bought another under the prorated warranty for between $25-30. The thing is, it took a little while longer than it probably should because there was only one guy in the tire department. Mike. Mike is the man. I’ve never seen a guy work so hard under tough conditions as this vulcanized hero. Too bad Sam’s had trouble staffing today. Corona-19 stinks."

"Bought set of tires for my large SUV two years ago. Had them balanced and rotated three times at this shop. Only once did they do it proper. I just had it done on 12.13 and then on 12.21 Had to got to Tuffy Tire and pay 40 bucks for proper tire balancing. I don't think they even care about the free balance and rotate service they offer. Terrible"
