"Came here with my wife last Friday to handle joining our accounts after getting married. The blonde lady, VP of sales, was too busy to help us past a half inch of forms to fill out. She kindly dismissed us as she was too busy to help further. We came with our drivers license, passports, and official marriage certificate. No one bothered to ask for any info from me, and they assured us the simple request would be completed. We'll, today Schwab locked all our funds and accounts. Yup, they basically took all our money and had the audacity to say it will take more verification, and we would need to visit an office to complete this. It took two and a half hours on the phone to rectify, and our money is still tied up for 24-48 hours. This isn't some tiny $100 or $1,000 account... simply disgusting service at this branch. If you need to visit a Schwab branch, find another one. We'll be pulling all our funds just as soon as we get our account access back."
