"This is my first 1-star review ever (in 7 years). I did a $1.5M transaction with McNeese Title and I’m having to wait two days after closing to receive funds (still have not received). I Have another closing and was depending on these funds to close that transaction. I asked Cindy to call me and I even sent her an email to call me to let me know if they would hold UPS accountable for the delay and cover the interest on my $1.5M and also how I should handle tomorrows closing and not even a call back. Poor customer service after paying them around $10k in fees for this transaction. I do realize that things happen and I’m an extremely understanding person (look at my reviews over the past 7 years). My only complaint is that I never received a call or email back to discuss any options. I’ve used Hall & Runnels for 4 transactions in the past 18 months and all of them were larger than this one and never had a single problem. I should have probably stuck with them for the larger transactions. Communication is key in my world."

On both occasions the staff was amazing very friendly but above all very professional the office is very well decorated too, it gives it a home like atmosphere. We received delicious complimentary cookies and our files were organized both on paper and digitally."
