"Not happy my daughter went in to get her taxes down unfortunately got a tax preparer that was her first time did it explain or ask any questions pertaining to new tax laws didnot ask if she was satisfied with her return nor did she tell her the changes would be 98 for just plugging in number off her W-2 . I could have done this in 2 minutes. We called customer last night was told the return could be stopped just to inatore in am . She spoke to Donna who in turn said nothing could be done. I called Donna have never been spoken to so rude and condescending I ask one question and she in a rude voice stated she couldn’t tell me anything because of confidence I understand that the girl who answered the phone was very nice I asked to speak to manager and Donna rudely took phone and said I told your daughter we couldn’t stop it . I was told the manager would be in at 5pm . We went in and talk to her no customer service just a lot of side speak. I recommend no one going there. Unprofessional. If I could rate zero I would . Go elsewhere. !!!"
