"DO NOT GO THIS GUY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CONSULTATION FEE!!! I had an appointment with this guy yesterday. My appointment was at 3PM because supposedly this “Attorney” was in court. So at 3:02PM he greets me at the door. Wearing pink high tube socks, GYM shorts, and a shirt. To start with appearance at first site make a huge impression. Let’s say this is not his strong suit. When my wife and I go into his office he sits down with a pile of letters that had just been dropped off by the mailmen minutes after my arrival. He asks me what he can do for me. I explain what my situation was. He did not ask any questions. Mind you that my case is not a hopeless case. Without paying any mind to me or my wife. He starts opening up all the mail and starts to read while he’s telling me a whole lot of negative things without regard to ask me details to take interest in the case or to explain some options. After all the dark things he said my wife got tearful he stood up and let us out of the office. All this happened in a mater of 5 minutes I can honestly say that I feel like the consultation fee of $100 was stolen from me. After giving everything some thought I decided to call and speak to the office manager this morning to complain and let her know that I was extremely dissatisfied with the way he handled the consultation and I would like my money back. Because I much rather pay another attorney that would take some interest in my case. After a few short moments she told me that I could come by to pick up the money. Immediately she put me on hold. Another woman picked up the phone and told me I could not get a refund. I explained everything to her again. She gave me an ultimatum. Come back to see the attorney again and we won’t charge you for the consultation. I explained that with the way he handled himself I had no faith in him and that I did not want another consultation. She then said that either I come and see the attorney again or I will lose my money. With that said. I refuse to be forced to see the attorney. I will be filing a complaint with the Bar of attorneys."
