"Communication skills are terrible. Hired him as part of the traffic ticket team to handle my case. They took my money, and I never heard from them again. Scott Kistner is the attorney on record of handling my simple traffic ticket case. He couldn’t even beat it. Had to plead “nolo contendere” and didn’t even inform me. I ended up having to pay them, the cost of the original ticket, a late fee, and an extra ($250) to reinstate my license after it was suspended for not paying the original cost of the ticket by a certain date which he or the traffic team never informed me of. Now on every job application I have to explain the horrible job the “traffic ticket team” did and why I plead “nolo contendere” to something. So thanks Mr. Kistner for not being professional, not winning a simple case, and leaving me clueless, driving around with a suspended license. Thanks. I will never use you or your traffic teams services again. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!"
