"Moving to Florida is a challenge enough, but Cristian Hervia made the insurance aspect straight-forward and easy. Requested quotes from 3 Insurance companies. Cristian responded in less than two hours, the second responded in 2 days and the third never contacted me. A great communicator, we efficiently found the insurance that fit my needs, all through e-mail. he has been working with the mortgage company now, and I am looking forward to a smooth closing in 10 days. Cannot say enough positive about my experience; Strongly recommend him."

"By using the the skill and knowledge of the auto insurance "game," John Galt Insurance saved our proverbial "butts" when it was time to re-up with our original insurer. Suddenly, after over 5 years, the "promised savings" disappeared and out payments would have risen by nearly 50%. Instead, Zane of John Galt, said he could setup a different carrier that would meet our auto insurance needs, at a significant savings from our then-insurer. And, he came with his promise and we've not had a single problem with our carrier or with John Galt Insurance. We highly recommend them!"

"I was in need of new house insurance, and Pat Mignon was really helpful in getting everything arranged. We had excellent communication since I could always count on him to immediately answer any query I had. When I requested a specific level of insurance, he was incredibly impressive, but he also stated that my premium would be considerably better at a somewhat lesser level. I will use them for my future insurance requirements as they arise and highly suggest them."

"I'm writing this Google review to express my disappointment with the customer service provided by your company and Zane, my agent. My recent experience has been less than satisfactory. Midway through my policy term, I noticed an unexpected and significant increase in my premium, more than doubling the initial amount. Surprisingly, I received no prior notification from my agent, Zane, about this substantial change. It wasn't until I received notification from the insurance company, attempting to collect the additional amount from my mortgage company, that I became aware of the issue. This lack of communication and transparency is concerning, resulting in me unintentionally paying more than double my premium for approximately six months. When I reached out to Zane for clarification, his response was disheartening. He mentioned similar premium increases for multiple clients with this insurance company, leading him to switch to a different company, unaware of the clause allowing mid-policy hikes. While this experience has been frustrating, it prompted me to find a new agent. I'm pleased that my new agent is highly detail-oriented, providing a comprehensive understanding of policy options and the importance of vigilance in monitoring changes. I hope this feedback encourages the company to address these issues promptly and improve communication practices with policyholders. Transparency and proactive communication are essential for building trust and ensuring a positive customer experience."

"I needed new home insurance and Pat Mignon was fantastic in helping me get it all set. Communication was great, as I was always about to speak with him quickly to get all my questions answered. I was really impressed when I asked for a certain level of insurance but he explained that my rate would be much better at a slightly lower level.
