"My dad filed a claim and all they would do is write a letter and switch lawyers over and over so no one knew what was happening. WORST customer service! I would not recommend, very unprofessional, and one lawyer spoke to us as if we were the problem. You could tell he was upset that he got the case back and nothing had been done when he gave it to someone else."

"I’ve had issues with problematic neighbors, (a lawyer), and a local city Govt entity for about 5 years. Reached out to them via LegalShield. They took 2 years, after providing them with 70+ emails, and all they did was wrote a letter to this neighbor, and whom responded with a letter containing “lawyer tricks”, and automatically closed my complaint w/o my consent. After these same 2 years it was recently discovered they never wrote a letter to the local city entity, even though the attorney said I had a good case, and I should find somebody in the city to help me. After I called back (again), it was referred to an outside lawyer, who sounded as we were best pals, and for a significant amount of $ he’ll bring the case against the city w/o any promises. First attorney who wrote the only letter is no longer employed there, I wonder why. And the last attorney wouldn’t say his name, continue to ask for my emails to be sent again, and play phone tag all the time. Complete counter effective to anyone expecting good legal representation. No longer a LegalShield member."
