"I was in an accident on November 28th where their insured was at fault. This insurance company is the worst I've experienced in my life. It's been almost 3 months, and they still have not repaired my car or given me the compensation so I can get a new one. For the past 2 months, I've had to take the bus every day to get to work because my car is not drivable, and they don't care. My adjuster, Carla Longton, never answers the phone. Her voicemail greeting says to leave a message, and she'll get back to you in 2 days, but she never does. It's not only unacceptable but totally unprofessional. The times she does pick up the phone, she says she can't get a hold of the insured and tells me she'll call me back in "2 weeks," which she never does. So, I have to call again, only to get the same response time after time. The only thing she says is "I understand your frustration," which she clearly doesn't since I have to chase her down and she hasn't resolved anything in 2 and a half months. Their insured wrecked my car, and I am left without a car for almost 3 months? How is that fair? This company should not be in business, and the CEO, John Machul, should be ashamed of running such a company."
"Responsive auto insurance deserve 0 stars they are a scam super shady and thieves. They renew my insurance without my consent $339.56 they took out of my bank , I showed them proof that I already had another insurance since 01/12/24 effective on 01/15/24 wich was a legal holiday they were closed, I went to Univista Insurance in Hialeah 33010 they are bigger scams thats why they work together, they were closed for the legal holiday. Then I came back on 01/16/24 they sent me to another univista that was closed at 6:10pm they were and finally on 01/17/24 I could sign the paper of cancellation because they playing with my time and money then i called responsive and they told me that my cancellation was received until 01/19/24 they have to take 10% but on my bank account were returned $156.86 is this a joke? Is 156.86 the 10% of 339.56 ? I want my full money back please and people pay more money to any good Auto Insurance and avoid this conflicts at the end you’ll waste more time and money with them. I would make aware other people on social media too so they don’t fall for “this company”. If you want to solve this case for me you can contact me anytime, thank you."
"It seems the only way to maybe get a response is through a negative review which at this point is deserved. A friend of mine and myself were involved in an accident with responsive insured driver who was at fault back on December 27th after 8 separate phone calls with messages left from myself as well as my friend who was involved we still have yet to hear anything from the adjuster Kristina Cowan. We have done everything we were supposed to including sending estimates and invoices for reimbursement but can’t seem to get any response. I’m giving till the end of business today to get a response that actually goes somewhere or I will be contacting my attorney and getting something to happen that route."
"I had a very good experience with this company and my claim was handled very fast! I was contacted by Daniela who helped me with all the steps and what i had to take with me for the final part! Got to their office and she handled everything super fast and was very nice and explained everything i had to sign! Got out in less than 15 minutes! Thank you!"
