"They are great paper pushers , and may evict your tenant as long as the tenant does not write any response or offers any difficulty's. They subcontract the attorney that will review your case ,until then you stuck with the file processor for two months in my case. Attorney did email me one day before the hearing and he had not received the rent legers that I sent to the Processor two months before, after doing the math attorney Jason stated that the 3 day notice kelley grant had posted was not right.
