"Any suggestions on how to get a response from the office. We've left numerous messages and emails but haven't received a response."
"I used Ms. Marks for my trust update and found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and told me what I needed to do and what I did not need! Definitely would recommend for estate planning!"
"WOW, Ms. Marks and her staff were great, they made sure I understood everything, they listened carfully to my questions. They prepared a will, a trust, etc. the fee was very reasonable and I walked away smiling with no worries because of how comfortable they made me feel. I've told many of my friends and relatives how happdy I was with the services provided, This was about the best experience I've ever had with a law office. KUDOS, KUDOS, KUDOS can't say enough!"
"Based on the high reviews of Ms. Marks I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my trust, will and other paperwork updated. What a pleasure my experience was. She told me what needed to be changed, what papers weren’t necessary, etc. She kept it simple for me and her fee was reasonable. I picked up my final paperwork yesterday and it’s notarized and put together nicely. Thank you for making this easy for me!"
"I had a LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT done by Ms Marks in 2000. In the past few years I had many phone calls & letters from them explaining that I should come in and update my Will because the laws had changed. Their office hours do not allow me to make an appointment very easily. I finally had the change on July 26,2018 because I was home grieving the loss of my mother. Not a day I wanted to do my own Will but the only day I had available. I arrived on time for my 3:30 appointment. I am greeted by Ms Marks' assistant and ushered into a room that seemed like a storage closet. Boxes and furniture and file cabinets filled the tiny room. I am told that Ms Marks will be with me in a few minutes. Then I am asked if I am wearing perfume and if so I need to use the ladies room and wash it off. It was a mild body spray that I sprayed in the air and walked under. I obliged and went back outside the office and to another part of the building and tried to wash it off. Once back in the room I was waiting in, her assistant came in to tell me "thank you" and that Ms Marks will be with me shortly. I have now waited (with no one else in the office)30 minutes. The assistant comes back in after another ten minutes to tell me that she can still smell it and that Ms Marks is allergic and that I will have to reschedule my appointment. (why did she not tell me, when she thanked me earlier) I explained that I worked and with her hours available, it was impossible to reschedule. I left respectfully but was very annoyed by the time I got to my car. The office was a wreck and the way I was treated was horrible. I told the assistant that they should tell you when they make your appointment that Ms Marks has allergies. She told me that she advised me twice. I did not speak to her twice! I assure you, that I am not an ignorant person and that if I was told ONCE, I would not have used any scent at all. I was her last appointment and I guess she wanted to leave if she was even there that day. . I actually feel that the "perfume" theory was just an excuse. Very unprofessional. From the office to the staff."
