This was never done by your agency, so we have been paying for cars we no longer own. We have contacted cooperate and filed a formal complaint."

"I have been with this agent since around 2012, but in recent years, the quality of service and accessibility has gone down considerably. So much so that I am planning on switching agents. Calls go to nondescript voicemail boxes so you have no clue who your leaving the message for and e-mails go unanswered. This year I got an increase of almost $300 for six months and while I get that everything is going up, I would at least like some explanation as to why. I can’t reach anyone and messages and e-mails go unanswered. At this juncture, I would not recommend this agency."

"I’ve been a member for many years. I never had any problems with Allstate. Every six months I receive my policy and my cards through email. I remember once loading my trunk and I left my keys inside and close the trunk. I called, they came, they unlocked my trunk. Very fast and professional. They are always there when I need them. I also receive a refund check every six month."
