I didn't just hire Raikhelson; I entrusted him with a critical mission: to tackle the disqualification of Judge Michael Davis, given the glaring bias from General Magistrate Allana Woods, whom I already disqualified in my child custody case. My driving force? The acute need to reunite with my child, languishing without her father's presence. Raikhelson had the audacity to demand a hefty $7000 retainer at an exorbitant rate of $400 per hour. Post our 10 minutes Boca Raton rendezvous and having pocketed the payment, he supposedly took on the case. I didn't hold back in detailing my child's profound bond with me and the deep scars left by her father's absence. Despite my pointed questions about any potential ties he might have with my child's mother a licensed attorney or her legal firm, he had the nerve to assure me there were none. The plot thickened disastrously when Judge Davis stepped back on November 20, 2023. Raikhelson's response? Not just delayed but laced with greed for more fees, shattering his initial promises. Despite being a social media butterfly stylist, my demands for invoices and tangible action were met with nothing but dilly-dallying and, ultimately, a botched and rejected motion submission. His silence, contrasted with his relentless social media antics, sparked serious alarms. My pleas to file a motion to see the child ASAP fell on deaf ears. By December 13, 2023, in sheer desperation, I took matters into my own hands and drafted a motion. Raikhelson’s follow-up actions? His cheek to ask for another $4000, coupled with the bombshell about his wife's ties to my child's mother, smacked of a gross conflict of interest – a fact he had blatantly lied about earlier. This ordeal has been a financial and emotional bloodbath involving the most crucial aspect of my life: my child's well-being."
