"Very unprofessional. Takes weeks to respond to messages, the paralegal never responds to phone calls and wants you to call after 5:00pm to speak to her which is impossible for some peoples work schedule. When you first meet at consultation everything sounds good and that’s how they get you. They have no contracts that you sign with them that way you have something to go back off of if you’re questioning anything. Overall the worst."
