Mr. Lippman earned nothing more than a Safe Harbor notice for Sanctions during a Mediation meeting forced a week earlier than I asked to accommodate a schedule where I am juggling several crucial business matters. That was already a negative inference for his client that chose to retain Mr. Lippman 2 1/2 years AFTER the Eviction/Small Claims lawsuit was filed (after spending 3 months rent on lobster dinners, cocktails, entertainment, and a new car while massive damage was done to my beautiful rental property knowing it was my sole income after a disabling accident). If I were inclined to mediate the matter for which we appeared, I was not so inclined after Mr. Lippman's insults and threats as to what he would do to me in court. Really? Then he raised his voice at me, (after not simply scheduling the meeting a week later so I could focus on a critical business matter) and complained that I had wasted HIS time because I couldn't quote the dollar amount owned... when there was an AFFIDAVIT and RECIEIPTS filed into the case... and I'm "lucky he doesn't sue me for sanctions for wasting HIS TIME"? ...in a case accepted 2.5 years LATER, not 30 or 60 days, but 2 1/2 years later, in which his client did not dispute the rents owed and damage done to my home and the fallout / life-changing results that transpired, but had never put a penny of payments due into the Courts Registry as required but has retainer money for this bulldog lawyer? You are no mediator/negotiator, Counselor, that is for sure. I would sooner lose money than move off the mark an inch after your insults and threats. I see that he does criminal work and that perhaps he got confused. But I am no criminal, I am a kind person, a victim, who was looking for justice after someone took advantage of me and caused great and far-reaching harm. I have lost my retirement income due to his client's actions, the one that didn't dispute the 2019 Complaint that he accepted (again) 2 1/2 YEARS LATER instead of advising his client to make payments into the registry as was his professional duty as a Florida Bar member and officer of the court."
