"Customer service is not a part of this stores values. Tell me how there is a big sign in the front window that advertises ALL delta 8 products by one get the next 50 percent off and then not honor it. Telling me that the discount is only on certain items. False advertisement. I drop about $200 a week there but no more. Go up the road to hywaze. They are always friendly, honor their advertising and go out of there way to make sure you leave happy"

"My first visit was at the OBT location. The employee there was fabulous!! He informed me there was a location right around the corner from me near UCF. He was super helpful!! Then I visited the UCF location. The employee wasn't rude but definitely she definitely should not be the face of the shop. She only had yes or no answers. No information given. I won't be back. Needs to work on customer service"

"I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews as I’ve been here many many many times over the course of 6-7 years and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience or a bad product. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and will bend over backwards when they can. I’ve even called to check stock and they’ve held it for me till I got there. What more can you ask for? Sure, they’re not overly nice and don’t bother you, but rather let you look and approach them, which I appreciate as a shopper. Thanks for the great products and service, I’ll continue to stop by here when needed. Thanks!"
