"The worst service in the United States of America. After 10 minutes of waiting in the Drive thru, I finished going directly to the window to pick up the online order,, with a critical attitude of at least 3 workers sent me to the desk because they were talking and hanging out. My first order ZA65 and the second one that they "recommended" to create was the 1640, at least 30 minutes of waiting and all of the workers talking inside without taking care of the customers. There were at least 10 people complaining about the timing response, and all of them were replied with attitude.. My English is not good, but the service is even worse."

"Stayed at the Tuscany villa next to this place, got my daily coffee from here before heading out to the Disney parks. Service was quick enough, I used the kiosk inside, didn't use drive thru. Only docking a Star because there's no easy way back into the main road, you have to exit out on the side street and then u turn around a median. Otherwise no complaints."

"A nice clean McDonalds, but it is more centered around drive-through than takeout or eat in. The place is clean, but there was limited seating for done in. It did take 10 min to get our order, which was just a McChicken with fries and coffee. The food was regular McD quality, so we would stop again if close."

"was here last night there were over 20 unclaimed drinks sitting out near the register from people who gave up. meals were being made and put out for people who left as well. When I arrived there was a door dasher who claimed to have been waiting for 30 mins. I placed my order at the kiosk anyways and the receipt paper was out. after waiting 30 mins, the dasher left and I at least called out to staff to cancel his ticket as he left. 5 mins later they put his order on the counter, we told the employee that he gave up and left 5 minutes ago (like so many others). she looked right at the 15 of us waiting, put the food down on the counter without saying a word and returned to the kitchen. Hungry and disappointed and my wife and toddler waiting at the car, It was at this point I gave up. I grabbed the freshly made and abandoned sunday, a random bag of somebody else's abandoned cold bigmacs that was called out when I got there 30 mins ago and walked out the door like I saw others do before me."

"So mobile ordered here at 8:30 sure they were busy but the attitude from the staff and food line maker were awful. They made my quarter pound wrong first which is fine surely they’ll make it correct the next time no and they don’t care. And they also forgot my friends Big Mac in bag which clearly says it’s in it. I get it customer service jobs are a lot and hard but I also and still work customer service learn to be nicer and more efficient please."
