"My ordeal with United Automobile Insurance Company began on January 30 when I entrusted my vehicle to a Coggin Collision Repair shop. Shockingly, my car remained there for an agonizing 23 days. Dealing with this insurance company proved to be a nightmare, characterized by abysmal communication and unprofessional conduct. Their lack of transparency and the adjuster's dishonesty regarding repair estimates only exacerbated the situation, leading to prolonged delays and frustration. It was evident that communication with the repair shop was severely lacking, as indicated by their decision to discontinue accepting claims from this company. Prepare yourself for unexpected expenses, including out-of-pocket car rental fees. In conclusion, my experience with United Automobile Insurance Company was deeply disappointing, and I'm relieved that it's finally behind me."

"Worst insurance company I have dealt with. Culprit hit my car and as soon I saw his insurance company name in the Police Report I knew this would be a nightmare. Where to start? Their Claim web system is mixing claimant and policy holder information. At the time of submitting it , I just noticed my name linked to the 2 cars involved in the crash. Customer Care call center only says:"All representative are unavailable , try to do it on the web", and if you are lucky enough to talk to a human being , that person will drop the call before you can explain the problem. It'll be a long road but do not give up and make them pay legally. This company should not be allowed to do business!!!"

"I reported a claim on December 16, 2023. They have all documents requested including police report. Yet, their excuse is they can not reach their insurer. My insurance company was able to get a statement from their insurer but they claim they can't reach him. Robo messages is all I get stating my case is pending because they can't get in contact with their insurer. I will continue to make the calls and send messages to the supervisor and adjuster. Its ashame these people are allowed to operate like this."

"Do not buy. This company is a scam. You file a claim for minor damage and they will total your car so they can resell it at an auction. (The car they totaled can still be driven across the country). Good luck getting an adjuster to call you. Oh and they totaled the car based on a photo no adjuster has even seen the vehicle. They need to be investigated. I filed a claim and two days later a salvage company was looking for the car to tow it. Update…. The claim I filed was in November 2023 here we are at the end of January and the claim for a minor accident where no one is claiming any injuries (which they totaled my car and took possession of it in early December) has still not been resolved. If this is not enough to make you run fast as hell away from them. Also don’t do business with any insurance broker that sells this scam to people because they are fully aware of how you will get scammed out of your vehicle when you attempt to file a claim."

"Worst insurance company in history. My heart is aching so bad on how horrible this company is. Customer service doesn’t exist!!! I’m overwhelmed! Damn near 30 days since my car accident and all I got was my car was a total loss and that they would call me with an offer. This can’t be a real insurance company. How do you guys wake every day and go into work happy knowing you are scamming hard working people out of their money. You pray on peoples vulnerability. Can’t even depend on your website for answers because it is never updated. Can’t depend on CS to tell you the truth it’s almost like they are reading from a script. I’m disgusted!!! I’m definitely getting my lawyer involved for this company. DONT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!"
