"I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism, and morals by this company. My mom went to get a quote to renew her insurance, and was told that she was better off going elsewhere to get insurance because the company could no longer help her. She has been with this insurance company since 2022 and she has always had a hard time when trying to get help from them. I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone, they do not care about anything or anyone but their money. They don’t take the time to actually help you, how can you tell an elderly woman that a 2010 Nissan rogue and 2008 Saturn aura are going to pay 900 a month for insurance ? This company brushed her off and did not help her get a better quote like if they were sick of my mom. I don’t know how businesses like this continue open. They need new employees and a proper training because they truly do not know how to correctly do their job. They should be ashamed treating a harmless 70 year old woman like that, find an agency that will help because this insurance company does not care and will definitely not help !!!!!"
